4H

Each year more than 900 youth throughout the Treasure Valley participate in Idaho’s largest, dynamic, informal education program for youth.  4-H Clubs and special interest groups provide opportunities for youngsters to grow and develop life skills.  At the fair the 4-H members exhibit the work they have completed during the year and celebrate their accomplishments.  4-H is learning by doing. 4H/FFA Market Livestock Sale Buyers Brochure

FFA

The Agricultural education program provides a well-rounded practical approach to learning through three components:  Classroom education in agricultural topics such as plant and animal sciences, horticulture, forestry, agri-marketing, etc.: hands-on supervised agricultural career experience such as starting a business or working for an established company; and FFA, which provides leadership opportunities.
