Onsite Load-In Reservation

Onsite load-in will take place Monday, July 20 from 12:00-8:00 p.m. Vehicles are allowed on the grounds by reservation only. Additionally, vehicles are allowed in only to unload equipment and must leave immediately - vehicles parked for an extended duration and not engaged in active unloading are subject to be towed. Choose your top 3 time slots and Fair staff will notify you of your approved load-in time. WALK-INS (no vehicle) are welcome anytime between 12-8pm.
