Applications for the 2027 Canyon County Fair are now open!

New this year: applications & notifications will occur in 3 rounds. First round applications received before October 23, 2026 will receive status notification by November 16. Second round applications received between October 23 and March 31 will receive notification by April 21. The third round will be for applications received after April 21 and all applications must be received prior to May 30.
