Please provide real numbers of your booth running at maximum capacity. If we are not informed of proper requirements, we may not be able to provide service. Please, BE SPECIFIC!
Any additional power ordered after July 5 will be charged $50/hour plus cost of power. If needed, electrician is available for $50.00/hour.
You must account for all equipment that will require power. Indicate quantity of amps needed below:

Required: Please attach list of food products and descriptions.
NOTE: List must include sizes, descriptions and prices for each item you are requesting to sell (include ID Sales Tax 6%). Agreement space will be assigned, in part, on the basis of this list. Once an agreement is assigned, you WILL NOT be able to sell any additional items. Violations will mean immediate cancellation of the agreement and all money paid will be forfeited to the Canyon County Fair.
General Rules
- Each exhibitor must provide the Canyon County Fair with proof of general liability insurance of no less than $1,000,000. Product liability of no less than $1,000,000 is required for food sellers/samplers.
- Proof of insurance listing Canyon County and the City of Caldwell, their elected officials, officers, agents and employees as additional insured.
- Each exhibitor who hires employees must also provide a copy of workers compensation insurance. If no employees are hired a letter stating so must be on file with the Canyon County Fair.
- The approval of a temporary permit from Southwest District Health Department is required before operating. For further information, call Southwest District Health at 208-455-5400.
- This application, along with the attachments you furnish, is your opportunity to provide a professional and complete presentation.
- All photographs become the property of the Fair. Only fully completed applications will be reviewed.
- The Fair charges a base rate of $300.00 guaranteed, plus 20% of gross sales.
